Memava

Memava Chief of StaffFounding Circle

The Chief of Staff that waits for your tap.

A private Chief of Staff for family offices and the organizations they back. It reads the mail and calendar you connect, drafts the replies and follow-ups, and keeps your goals moving. Nothing goes out, and nothing changes, until you approve it.

By invitation. Every approved member starts with a trial. Free for 14 days, no card. Plans coming.

2030

Drag back to 1984 and forward again. Same assistant, a few decades apart.

See it work

Real screen recordings of the Mac app, made with invented sample data.

Say what you need in plain words. The assistant drafts it and holds it for your OK.

Nothing is sent or changed without your tap.

That is the whole design. Drafts wait. You decide.

  • Approvals are cryptographically signed, so a forged approval is refused.
  • Every action is attributed and kept in a history.
  • Your assistant is isolated from everyone else's.
  • In groups, messages from other people are treated as untrusted instructions, never as orders.

The exceptions are ones you set up yourself: a standing rule you approve for named people, or a group helper you set to work on its own. A group helper acts only inside its group. Either way you choose it, it stays inside what you allowed, and its actions are attributed and kept in a history.

The Founding Circle

Invitations, one by one.

We are opening Memava Chief of Staff to a small founding circle of family offices and the organizations they back, and the people who run their day. Every request is read by a person. Not everyone we hear from will be invited. We would rather get to know you first.

  • A person reads every request. Tell us about your world and what you would hand over first.
  • An introduction carries weight. If someone sent you, name them.
  • Private by design. Your assistant is isolated from everyone else's, and nothing is sent or changed without your tap.
  • Approved members start with a trial. Free for 14 days, no card. Plans coming.

Good causes. Non-profits and good-cause organizations are welcome in the circle, and approved ones use Memava free throughout the beta. Optional add-ons, such as extra AI usage, are not included.

The details

What it does today
  • Your own assistant

A private assistant that is yours alone. It runs on Memava's own servers, not in a shared chatbot.

  • Talk or type

Ask by text or by voice. Ask for a summary, a draft, a plan, or just the next thing to do.

  • A morning brief

Your day, your calendar and what needs your attention, waiting before you ask.

  • Goals and tasks

Keeps your goals in view and your tasks moving, and reminds you in plain words.

  • Mail and calendar

Connect Gmail and Google Calendar with one click, and Granola for your meeting notes.

  • Drafts that wait

Replies and follow-ups are drafted for you. You approve, edit, or say not now.

How it works
  1. Connect

Connect Gmail, Google Calendar and Granola, one click each. You choose what to connect, and you can take access back at any time.

  2. Ask

Tell your assistant what you need, by text or voice. Or simply read your morning brief.

  3. Tap

Every draft waits for you. Approve it, edit it, or say not now.

Questions people ask

What does Memava Chief of Staff do today?

It is a private assistant for you. It connects to Gmail, Google Calendar and Granola, writes you a morning brief, keeps your goals and tasks, and drafts replies and follow-ups. You can talk to it by text or voice. In groups it adds roles, group chat, shared tasks and helpers.

Why is it by invitation?

We are opening it to a small founding circle of family offices and the organizations they back, and the people who run their day. A person reads every request, and we would rather get to know you before we set up your assistant.

Can a non-profit or good-cause organization join?

Yes. Approved good-cause organizations use Memava free throughout the beta. Optional add-ons, such as extra AI usage, are not included.

Will it send email or change my calendar on its own?

No. Every send or change waits for your tap, unless you have set up an exception yourself: a standing rule you approved for named people, or a group helper you set to work on its own. You can approve, edit or say not now. Approvals are cryptographically signed, so a forged approval is refused.

What can a group helper do by itself?

Each helper has a mode that you choose. In tap mode it drafts and waits for your approval. In on-its-own mode it keeps the group's tasks moving inside the group, for example by asking teammates for updates. Either way, its actions are attributed and kept in a history.

Where does my data live, and how do I delete it?

Your assistant runs on Memava's own servers, isolated from other accounts. The text it works on is processed by an AI model provider, named on request. You can take access away at any time, at the provider or by writing to us, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time. The steps are on the delete your data page.

Which accounts can I connect?

Gmail, Google Calendar and Granola today. Posting to social networks, LinkedIn data tools, Zoom meetings in groups and an iPhone app are coming soon.

What does it cost?

Every approved member starts with a trial. Free for 14 days, no card. Plans coming.

Is there a phone app?

Not yet. The Mac app is available now to approved members, and an iPhone app is coming soon.

Is Memava certified?

We do not hold formal security certifications and we do not claim any. What we can tell you is how it works: approvals are signed, assistants are isolated from one another, and every action is attributed and kept in a history.
