Refunds, one page.

Effective August 30, 2026.

• You never pay to find out. Every team gets the full product free for 30 days before any charge exists.
• First paid month: if Memava is not right, tell us within 14 days of the first charge and it is refunded in full, no questions that matter.
• Annual plans: refundable pro-rata for the unused months if you cancel within the first 30 days of the annual term. After that, the plan runs to the end of its year and simply does not renew.
• Monthly plans: cancel anytime; the current month runs out and no further charge happens. We do not refund a month already used.
• Either way you keep your files. Cancelling drops the vault to the free plan. Nothing is deleted, export stays free.

To request a refund, reply to any invoice email or write through the form. Refunds are processed by the merchant of record back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
