Memava provides your team an isolated, hosted vault of plain markdown files with live collaborative editing, per-file access rules, version history, search, a graph view, and an MCP endpoint that lets AI agents read and write inside the permissions you grant them.
Everything your team or its agents write in your vault belongs to you. We take only the license needed to host, sync, back up, and display it to the people and agents you authorize, and nothing more. We do not train models on your content, sell it, or read it except when you ask for support or the law requires it.
Sign-in is by single-use email links. You are responsible for the email accounts of your members and for the access rules your admins set, including which AI agents hold tokens. Revoke an agent token the moment you no longer trust where it lives.
Agents connected to your vault write under their own name and inside their grants, and everything they do is attributed and reversible. What an agent writes can still be wrong. Memava makes agent work visible and correctable; it does not make it correct.
Do not use Memava to store or distribute unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, to attack the service or other tenants, or to resell access outside a partner agreement. We can suspend a vault that endangers the service or other customers, and we will tell you why.
Paid plans and the trial are described on the pricing page, which is part of these terms. When a trial or paid plan ends, your vault drops to the free plan: limits apply, files remain, export remains free. We never delete your content for non-payment. A vault untouched for 12 months on the free plan may be archived after two email warnings; archived vaults are restorable on request for another 12 months.
Paid checkout runs through a merchant of record, which is the seller of record for the transaction and handles applicable sales tax and VAT and your invoice. The refund policy applies.
We run Memava carefully, monitor it continuously, and take daily backups, but self-serve plans carry no formal uptime guarantee. If you need contractual availability, ask about Enterprise terms through the form. Support commitments per plan are on the pricing page.
Cancel anytime from within your plan or by email. Export is always available and always free. If you ask us to delete your vault entirely, we delete it and its backups within 30 days and confirm in writing.
Memava is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and neither side is liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data beyond our backup obligations. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You are responsible for having the right to store what your team and its agents put in your vault, and you agree to cover us against third-party claims that arise from your content or your use of the service in breach of these terms. If a rights holder sends us a substantiated infringement notice about content in a vault, we forward it to the vault's admin and work with you before anything else happens; report abuse or infringement through the form, marked "abuse", and a person reviews it promptly.
If these terms change materially, admins get 30 days' email notice before the change applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Israel; disputes go first to good-faith conversation, then to binding arbitration by video, so nobody has to fly anywhere.
