Delete your data

This page works without signing in. It covers Memava Chief of Staff and the Memava vault.

1. Take access away from an account

Two ways, and either one is enough. At the provider: for Google, open your Google Account's third-party access settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions), find the Memava entry and remove access. Or write to support@memava.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject Disconnect my accounts. We disconnect them on our side and confirm by reply.

2. Ask us to delete everything

Email support@memava.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject Delete my data. We confirm by reply and finish within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your assistant and everything in it: memory, goals, tasks, drafts and history.
• The connections for every account you connected.
• Your invitation request to the Chief of Staff founding circle, if you sent one.
• Your account record, and any vault you own that you ask us to delete, with its backups.

What this means for your accounts elsewhere

Deleting your data here does not delete anything in Gmail, Google Calendar or Granola. Those stay with their own providers. Nothing Memava drafted is sent without your approval, or a rule you set up yourself, so there is nothing of ours left in your other accounts beyond what you approved.
