Every plan includes a monthly amount of Memava AI usage. When you want more, buy a one-time pack of $25, $125 or $250. Packs work on every plan, including Free, and never expire. Bigger packs give more for the money. Usage is for AI use only, not redeemable for cash and not transferable.
The fine print, unfined
- Nothing is ever deleted. Plan lapsed? Card expired in a drawer somewhere? Your files stay and export stays free. That is a promise in the terms, not a marketing line.
- The first 30 days are generous. A new account starts with every Team feature. On day 27 and again on day 30 we say plainly what changes, so nothing narrows by surprise.
- Cancel anytime. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then you move to Free. The refund policy fits on one page and contains no riddles.
- Pay how you like, once checkout opens. It will take Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and every major card, with your invoice and local tax handled and card details never touching our servers. Until then, Memava is free to start and needs no card at all.

Do I need a card to start?
No. Memava is free to start, with no card. You add a plan only when you want more people, more help or the full vault.
What happens after the first 30 days?
A new account starts with every Team feature for its first 30 days. On day 27 and again on day 30 we tell you what changes, and what keeps working: your Chief of Staff, your morning brief, your own mail and calendar, and the groups you have joined. Nothing you wrote is deleted.
Is pricing per person?
Per plan, by group size. Team is $77 a month for up to 4 people. Business is $299 a month for up to 20 people. Free is for one person. Larger groups: use the contact form.
Where did the vault plans go?
The vault is part of Memava now. Team and Business include the full vault: full history, per-file access rules, AI agent connections and proposal mode. Free includes a personal vault with 7 days of history. Vaults that already exist on an earlier plan keep working as they are.
What is a usage pack?

What counts as an agent?
One named AI identity with its own permissions inside your vault. Connect each AI tool as its own agent, so the tools can see each other's work: Priya's Codex and Sam's Claude are two agents.
Can I use my own AI account?
On Team and Business you can connect your own model account or key. Free uses Memava's own model.
Is anything ever deleted when a plan ends?
No. When a plan ends or a payment fails, there is a 7-day grace period, then your account moves to Free. Every file stays editable, searchable and exportable, and export is always free.
How do I pay?

Can I cancel myself?
Yes, from the Plan screen in the app. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then you move to Free.
