The Free plan, forever. When a trial ends, everything you wrote stays: editable, searchable, exportable. Limits arrive (2 members, 1 agent, history browsing covers the last 7 days, graph in Focus mode); loss never does. We compete for the upgrade. Your files are not the hostage.

The fine print, unfined
  • Nothing is ever deleted. Trial over? Plan lapsed? Card expired in a drawer somewhere? Your files stay in your vault and export stays free. That is a promise in the terms, not a marketing line.
  • History is always being kept. The Free plan shows the last 7 days of it; the rest keeps recording quietly and appears in full the moment you upgrade. Time travel is a paid feature; the timeline was never at risk.
  • Cancel anytime. Cancelling drops you to Free, not out of the product. The refund policy fits on one page and contains no riddles.
  • Pay how you like, once checkout opens. It will take Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and every major card, with your invoice and local tax handled and card details never touching our servers. Until then, the trial needs no card at all.

Questions people ask before they pay

Is anything ever deleted when a trial or plan ends?

No. When a trial ends or a plan lapses, every file stays in your vault, editable, searchable and exportable, on the free plan. Limits arrive (2 members, 1 agent, the last 7 days of history browsing); loss never does.

Do I need a card to start?

No. The trial is the full product for 30 days with no card. You pick a plan only if you want to keep the limits off.

Is pricing per seat or per vault?

Per vault. Team is $99 a month (or $83 a month billed yearly) for up to 10 members and 3 agents; Office is $249 a month (or $208 a month billed yearly) for up to 25 members and 10 agents. Each vault is a fully isolated instance.

Can I cancel or change plans myself?

Yes, inside the vault: the Plan panel changes plans with proration and cancels at the end of the paid period. Cancelling drops you to Free, not out of the product, and export stays free.

How do I pay?

What counts as an agent?

One named identity with its own token. Connect each AI tool as its own agent, so the tools can see each other's work: Priya's Codex and Sam's Claude are two agents. The free plan holds 1, Team holds 3, Office holds 10, and the trial holds 10.
